What is the necessity of industrial machine of fermentation process in production of organic fertilizer? How does in vessel composting equipment work?
Compared with anaerobic, continuous fermenting tank machine belongs to aerobic fermentation. Aerobic fermentation is critical for you to produce organic fertilizer with quality. Therefore, you should reasonably control conditions for fermentation. What is more, our organic compost pot is designed for converting manure to fertilizer according to principle of aerobic composting. And it belongs to a kind of fully automatic fermentation equipment. Animal manure enters fermentation tank from the upper part, and the sensors can automatically senses temperature and oxygen content, so as to provide a favorable condition or microorganism activity in manure. And the air supply system can send air into the fermentation tank. When it finishes fermentation, you can collect organic fertilizer.

Four main ones: odour is contained rather than released, the footprint is a fraction of a windrow pad, the process is not affected by rain or cold weather, and the temperature profile is controlled so the compost is hygienically safe and consistent batch after batch.
Waste is loaded with a bulking agent to create air space. A blower forces air through the mass on a schedule or in response to temperature; the material is turned mechanically inside the vessel. After 7–10 days at 55–65 °C the compost is discharged and moved to a secondary maturation stage.
Open windrow composting, which is cheap and scalable but needs land, labour and odour management; and closed in-vessel fermentation, which costs more but controls odour, weather and process temperature. Many plants combine them: in-vessel for the first, odorous stage and windrows for cost-effective maturation.
Not for primary fermentation, because the vessel turns the material internally. You will still need a turner for the secondary maturation stage, or a smaller in-vessel unit, plus a screener and crusher before granulation.
